Our busy lifestyles do not result in healthy choices, we do the bear essentials for diet & exercise. Fast Food several times a week, park our cars closest to the door of stores when we shop, stress, certain medications, pollution, and never enough FRESH fruits and vegetables and whole grains, not enough sources of protein in our diets to support healthy muscles and bones and lack of proper sleep.
When we shop at these supermarket we believe we are buying the best nutritional value for our dollar. Some of us go out of our way to look at the labels and try to make sense of the information there. We buy the fruits and Vegetables thinking that they’re healthy and good for us. Are we eating the right food in the right combinations? That’s a good question. The answer for many of us is NO and the evidence is overwhelming.
When and if possible buy all or most of your fruits and vegetables at farm stands or markets that sell and promote “FRESH” possiblely organic foods.
Our cells are starved for the nutrients that fresh foods have that is why we always feel tired and run down, no energy, and eventually this could lead to other medical issues.
Eat smart, FRESH, FRESH, as often as possible, watch your portions, exercise, and you will get back in the “grove”
