Vital nutrition-Simple solution

lisa-dale.jpgBefore Herbalife I used to weigh over 400 lbs (see pictures) and had to weigh myself at a truck stop.  I was tired all the time and had to stop after a short time driving and pull into a truck stop and take a nap.  I also have a condition called Sleep Apnea.  I have to use a CPAP machine to force me to breathe while I sleep.  I also had sinusitis and had to take sinus medicine and prescription nasal spray to be able to breathe.  After being on these products for one month, I lost 20 lbs,  got off my sinus medicine and nasal spray and had plenty of energy to be able to complete driving without a nap.  I went on to lose over 119 lbs, over 43 inches of body fat and I have more energy than I had in High School.  I recently have been able to stop using the CPAP machine at night as I am able to sleep now without it.  If I can do it, you can too.  These products have changed my quality of life and are safe for everybody.  These products will put the nutrition in your body through Cellular Nutrition

Making wellness a family affair If we begin to place an emphasis on eating healthy foods and increasing activity levels in our children, we can reverse these alarming trends. Here are a few guidelines for dealing with overweight children. Be sure the child has been evaluated by a medical doctor to assure there are no reasons why losing weight would be a problem. Whenever you start a diet, you usually do so with specific goal weight in mind. Maybe you chose that number because it would put your BMI (body mass index) in the healthy category. Or perhaps you’re hoping to get back down to the weight you were before you were married or had children. Whatever your reason, it’s important to assess that your goal is one you can actually reach. Use the guidelines below to make sure your ideal weight is a healthy one. Take a history lesson. What you weigh is largely determined by genetics. So take a look at your parents: Are they thin or have they struggled with their weight? This will help you set a realistic goal for yourself, Look at your life. Genetics isn’t the only thing that affects your weight. Your choices and habits can alter your weight destiny, so assess your lifestyle, starting with your childhood: Were you an active child or sedentary and overweight? What has been the lowest weight you’ve been able to maintain as an adult? Have you had children? All of these things will affect what a healthy weight will be for you now. Evaluate your commitment. Figure out how much time and effort you are willing to devote to exercise and diet–not only for right now, but for the rest of your life. If you focus only on the short-term, you may be able to reach your goal, but you won’t be able to stay there. Not surprisingly, the stronger your commitment, the more likely it is that you’ll achieve a greater weight loss .Recognize your accomplishments. When you’re looking to drop 30, 40, 50 pounds or more, a loss of five pounds might seem like nothing.
